Precautions for installation and operation:

1\During installation, lubricant grease should be filled into shaft sleeve inner hole and O ring for facilitating the installation procedure. When mechanical sealing and sealing chamber are correctly positionrd, first tighten locking screw 2 then tighten locking screw 3.
2\After making sure that installation is corectly done, screws piece Imust be taken out before operation! (Note: Screw piece 1 is normally not adjusted, which is already set before ex-work delivery. )
3\Normal taping water can be used as external flushing water. Pressure should be controlled under pressure of 0.05Mpa, undernermal condition, free flow is acceptable, It functions as reducing tenperature and carry away the possible leakage. The better way is that water come in form tope and come out from bottom.
4\Excessive flushing water pressure is detrimental to the operation of mechanical sealing.
